Main tasks
- Planning and coordination of crane and system inspections, as well as comprehensive customer support.
- Preparation of detailed quotations for services and spare parts deliveries.
- Organization and implementation of service assignments at national and international level.
- Preparation of technical documentation for service processes and spare parts management.
- Active sales of spare parts and technical solutions to customers.
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Carrying out post-calculations to measure the success of service orders.
Qualifications
- Technical training with commercial experience Alternatively: forwarding agent with experience as a dispatcher or commercial training with experience in scheduling.
- Experience in service planning and customer service, preferably in a technically oriented environment.
- Ability to prepare accurate service and spare parts quotations.
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record in spare parts sales.
- Customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Analytical skills to evaluate service reports and perform post-calculations.
