Key Responsibilities
Goods receiving & warehouse logistics
- Acceptance, inspection and professional storage of machine components.
- Operation of industrial trucks (forklift trucks).
- Active participation in stocktaking.
Warehouse organisation & inventory management
- Management and documentation of warehouse stocks in the merchandise management system.
- Organisation and optimisation of warehouse processes and implementation of efficiency improvements.
Shipping & packaging
- Packaging and dispatch preparation of machine components.
Requirements
Professional Qualifications
- Completed training in warehouse logistics or comparable qualification.
- Experience in warehouse organisation and process optimisation.
- Confident use of PCs, in particular knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office.
- Valid forklift licence and practical experience in handling industrial trucks.
Personal Competencies
- Initiative, a structured way of working and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a team and reliability.
