As a PMO (Project Management Officer) at HMB LINTEC marine GmbH, you will support our Head of Project Management in the successful execution of new construction projects for our special cranes. In this key role, you will contribute to planning, organization, and monitoring of projects, ensuring efficiency and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Monitoring
- Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of project plans in coordination with the Head of Project Management and project managers.
- Development and maintenance of standard processes and templates for project management.
- Regular reporting on project status, milestones, and risks.
Support for the Head of Project Management
- Preparation and organization of meetings, workshops, and reviews.
- Taking minutes and tracking action points.
- Analysis of project metrics and identification of optimization potential.
Risk Management
- Creation and maintenance of a risk register for ongoing projects.
- Assisting in the development of risk mitigation measures.
Quality Assurance and Documentation
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards and processes.
- Management and maintenance of project-related documents and files.
Communication and Interface Management
- Close collaboration with internal departments such as engineering, procurement, and production.
- Coordination of communication with external partners and customers.
Requirements
Professional Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in business, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in project management or PMO, ideally in mechanical engineering or the maritime industry.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar applications.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.

- Structured and analytical working approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
